This 8 bedroom, 5 bathroom home is stunning. The exterior, with its stone facade, tile roof, brick pavers and fantastic rooflines is extraordinary. The home welcomes you with a leather furniture package and is professionally decorated throughout. Each of the bedrooms are uniquely decorated - the Mickey bedroom and the Minnie bedroom will be a huge hit with the little ones. For your viewing pleasure, there is a 55 inch and a 50 inch LCD TV along with each of the bedrooms having their own flat-screen TV. There is also a movie theatre for enjoying family movie time together! The game room comes complete with billiards, air hockey and foosball for some friendly competition. The kitchen comes with upgraded features such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and upgraded tile and cabinetry. There are plenty of options for gathering for meals, whether at the kitchen bar, the large dining room table or even poolside. Speaking of the pool, there is a large pool (that faces southwest!) AND spa along with plenty of chaise loungers - what could be better for having fun in the Florida sun. Wireless high-speed internet and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. And, there are free long-distance calls to both the US and Canada.
This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $200 plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit.
