However, it is important to understand that RentByHost.com provides services, not physical products, and our services are tailored to help you maximize the exposure of your rental property.

Service Provision Timeline

RentByHost.com requires a minimum commitment period of 6 months from the property owner in order to fully experience the benefits of our services. This duration allows us to effectively market your property, connect you with potential guests, and deliver the best possible results.

Property owners must pay the yearly subscription fee in advance to access our services. The subscription covers a full year of service, and it is important to note that no refunds can be issued during the initial 6-month period, as this time is necessary to deliver the full value of the service.

Refund Eligibility

During the First 6 Months: Refunds will not be issued during the first 6 months of service. The 6-month period allows RentByHost.com sufficient time to fulfill the services outlined in your subscription agreement.

After 6 Months: If, after the initial 6-month period, you are not satisfied with the services provided by RentByHost.com, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund of the yearly subscription fee. This refund will be calculated based on the remaining months of service that have not yet been used. Should you choose not to renew, your service access will be terminated at the end of the current period, and no further charges will be made.
