The space
Designed around an impressive open-concept floor plan, this architectural masterpiece features soaring 25-foot floor-to-ceiling windows that floods the great room with natural light, creating a stunning indoor-outdoor connection.
At the heart of the home is a spectacular chef’s kitchen equipped for entertaining on any scale, featuring a professional-grade 60-inch range, three ovens, two dishwashers, and a fully stocked culinary setup with everything needed to prepare memorable meals for family and friends. We also have ourdoor dining tables with chairs, dinnerware, , tableware and drinkware to accommodate 20 guests.
Every space has been thoughtfully curated with its own distinctive personality. Showcasing more than 90 pieces of artwork throughout the home, the interiors blend creativity, sophistication, and comfort, ensuring there is always something inspiring to discover.

Guest access
You will have complete and private access to all of the outdoor amenities with the renting of the Main House. You may also rent out the 3000 square foot guest home that sleeps 10 people. It has a king bed in the master suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom and two bunk beds, with two lower queens and two upper full-size beds, in the third bedroom. The guest home was recently renovated by award-winning Interior Design firm, Project Interiors of Chicago. If you are interested in renting the guest house as well, please let us know and we will provide you with the additional fee.
Please note, we never rent out the guest house when the main house is being rented This is to ensure your complete privacy and full access of the entire Estate.
Other things to note
Tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, basketball, ping-pong equipment all provided. Corn hole, giant jenga, golf cart, bikes included, along with beach towels, cart, coolers, chairs and umbrellas.

Cancellation policy
100% refund for cancellation prior to 60 days of your arrival. 50% refund for cancellation between 30-60 days of your arriaval. NO REFUND for cancellation less than 30 days of your arrival. No exceptions.
House rules
You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
- Check-in after 4:00 pm
- Checkout before 11:00 am
- Self check-in with keypad. You will be sent your Keypad Code a few days prior to your arrival, along with check-in instructions.
- Pets allowed but please clean up after them!
- Quiet hours 10:00 pm–10:00 am. Please be respectful of your neighbors. Court lights must be turned off at 9 PM.
- No parties or events. Any visitor to the estate must be pre-approved.
- Commercial photography allowed
- Smoking is allowed only outside in designated areas.
- Please keep Golf Cart in front garage when not in use. Only individuals 16 years or older are allowed to operate the golf cart. No Street Driving!
- Fire Pit - use with caution. Only adults are allowed to operate. Please supervise children at all times!
NO PARTIES
No parties, events or weddings are permitted at the Estate.
RESPECT QUIET TIME
Please respect our neighbors by keeping the noise down after 10pm. Tennis/Pickleball court lights must be off at 9pm.
PLEASE CLEAN UP
Help us maintain a beautiful property by cleaning up after yourselves and leaving the place as you found it!
Do not leave food outside as we have abundant wildlife.
Please move all garbage to garbage cans located in the front garage. The yellow bins are for recycling, the green bins everything else.
Please keep front garage door closed at all times. It is air conditioned and we do not want animals to get into the garbage bins.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE
- Gather all used towels and place in laundry room. You may leave blankets, sheets and unused towels in place.
- Throw out all used food & beverage items. If you have unopened food or beverages, you may leave and we will donate to our local food pantry.
- Throw all rubbish away in garbage bins located in fron garage.
- Check-out time is 11 AM unless we've agreed upon another time separately
- Please leave the estate how you left it.
- Return all games, pool floats, gym equipment, ackets & balls to their original location.
- Load all dishes into the dishwasher and press start
- If any furniture was moved, move it to its original location
- Let us know if anything was broken. We try to replace things quickly for future guests.
- Turn off all lights and lock doors
