Description
Stay in this extremely comfortable Golf Course view Willowpointe Condo. The condo is very close to the Clubhouse, where you can eat in the restaurant (open all day), have a cocktail at the 19th hole, watch sports on the multiple TV's or go for a swim in the Olympic size pool. This resort community has its own 18 hole Championship Golf Course with preferred rates for owners and their guests: www.venturacountryclub.org
For your safety, the community is gated and patrolled 24 hours a day by security guards. The condo has 2 bedrooms and bathrooms in a split floor plan. It sleeps 4 persons and we also have a hotel roll away bed. There is a full kitchen with all the required appliances including a washer and dryer, and the ceramic stove and fridge/freezer are stainless steel. All linens, pots/pans and china provided. We do not permit smoking inside the condo, but there is a screened porch where you may smoke. Just steps from your front door is a heated (Winter) pool. There is also a fitness room at the clubhouse as well as lighted tennis and basketball courts. Ventures is located vey conveniently for all major highways to get you to the attractions or to the closest beach which is less than an hour away. Within 2-3 minutes of the Condo, there are numerous restaurants, shops, banks, grocery stores and gas stations. The Orlando International Airport is 5 miles from the complex, and the Disney World and Universal Studios, a 45 minute drive.
LARGE LOUNGE - Equipped with en-suite dining area. An elegant coffee table surrounded by plush furnishings, satellite cable television with two 2-piece sofas, and wide-plan view of surrounding golf course.
KITCHEN - A uniquely quant space, containing all utensils and appliances, including - microwave oven.sink, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Numerous storage units, cupboards and drawers frame the room and its charming dining area view.
BEDROOM 1 - Furnished with a queen sized bed, pine panelled frames, a convenient mirror adorned alongside a linen chest and set of matching drawers. With a large ceiling fan, the room is perfectly lit, capturing natural sunlight from the shining Floridian sun. Leading on to en-suite.
BATHROOM 1 - Consists bath/shower, toilet, vanity unit, wardrobe space, mirrored cabinet and fully tiled.
BEDROOM 2 - 2 single beds, drawer-side cabinets, and large ceiling fans. All linen and towels provided. Bedroom leads onto a screened porch, where smoking is permitted, with relaxing view of the complex golf course. Leading on to en-suite.
BATHROOM 2 - Consists bath/shower, toilet, vanity unit, wardrobe space, mirrored cabinet and fully tiled.
