Purgatory Townhomes are condominiums located at Purgatory Resort Ski Area just thirty minutes north of Durango Colorado and about forty minutes drive to Silverton Colorado over some of the most scenic roads in the Rocky Mountains of the Western United States. The Resort offers great skiing and snowboarding in winter plus summer activities including mountain biking, hiking and the 'Music in the Mountains' summer music festival. The Townhomes are on the 'Sheol Street Loop', just past the main Resort Plaza area and about a one block walk to the ski lifts.

In winter (November through April), It is Highly recommended that you have a four-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle, vehicles with medium to high clearance and winter/snow tires. Although the roads and driveway are well-maintained, they will be snow packed and slick. Please be aware that if we have a heavy snowfall, the highways and roads have to be plowed first so that emergency vehicles can get through then driveways will be done so your driveway may not be plowed first thing. They do not plow neighborhood roads or driveways unless we receive 5”-6” of snow.
