The cabin includes a Carbon Monoxide detector, Fire extinguisher, Smoke detector, Wireless internet, HDTV Home Theater, Free WiFi, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Microwave, Washer/dryer, Iron & Board, Fireplace, Dining Area, Living Room and Ceiling Fans.
Outside you will find a Deck/Patio, Exterior Lighting, a 6 person Private Hot Tub, Parking for three vehicles, Two Outdoor Grills,Bird watching, Fishing, Hiking, Horseback riding, Hunting, Mountain biking, Mountain climbing, Sledding, and Wildlife viewing. The cabin welcomes children.
We don’t allow parties/events. Sorry, No Pets and No Smoking. In the summer we require a seven night minimum stay (June through August). When you book a week, the 7th night is free.

Sandy Nelson, owner of Pinebrook Vacation Rentals, is a full-time Allenspark resident and has a desire to share this area with others. A graphic designer by profession, she has designed our website and all of our publications. She loves people and delights in making our guests feel welcome.
Sandy accompanied her son on a business trip a while back and found herself in India. She fell in love with the untouchable children and was deeply moved by the conditions she found there. It created in her a strong desire to find a way to give these untouchable children a chance at a better life - to give them dignity.
The Just Let Me Learn Foundation was launched. A portion of the Pinebrook management fee is donated to help build schools for untouchables in remote villages of India.
