2. What work or task has the service animal been trained to perform?
Service Animal Guidelines
• Service animals must be leashed, harnessed, or tethered at all times unless it interferes with their work.
• If not tethered, the handler must maintain control through voice or signal commands.
• Service animals must never be left alone in the property.
• Misrepresentation of a pet as a service animal may result in financial restitution, reporting to authorities, and eviction without refund.
By booking, you agree to comply with these rules, including liability for any damage caused by a service animal.
