The OPEN KITCHEN CONCEPT, dining, and family rooms allow for conversation and togetherness whether you're cooking, eating, or relaxing on the sectional sofa. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to create your favorite meals including all new stainless steel appliances, and fully stocked cookware, bakeware, and dinnerware. The kitchen island seats two while the dining table seats eight.
The FAMILY ROOM has a large, sectional sofa with a pull-out queen bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, a home office workspace, and sliding doors to the pool area along with a beautiful lake view!
There is a POOL HALF BATH between the family room and the back master bedroom that offers quick and easy access to and from the pool area.
The SECOND MASTER SUITE offers an adjustable king-sized bed, a full dresser, smart TV, a ceiling fan, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite with a soaking tub, a separate shower with a rainfall shower head, a bidet, and dual sink vanity. There are sliding doors to the pool area and a beautiful lake view!
Down the hallway off the kitchen, you will find a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, a full bathroom with a shower, a vanity with storage, and two additional bedrooms.
The TWIN MICKEY-THEME BEDROOM has two twin-size beds, a smart TV, a ceiling fan, a chest of drawers, and a closet.
The 4TH BEDROOM offers a queen bed, a full dresser, a closet, a smart TV, and a ceiling fan.
Our FULLY ENCLOSED POOL AREA offers an inground pool with a spa, a dining table, four lounge chairs, a gas BBQ grill, and a gorgeous lake view!

A Few Things To Make Your Vacation More Fun!
You can rent a 2022 Model 3 or a 2023 Model Y Tesla long range AWD with full self drive capability during your stay. Let us know before your arrival so we can make arrangements. The vehicle will be waiting when you arrive at the airport or in the driveway when you arrive at the home. Just let us know
Pool and spa heat are not included in the nightly rates. There is an additional fee of $40 per night to heat the pool and spa. Or $400 per month based on the length of your stay. If you decide to pay for pool/spa heat it must be for the entire stay.
There will be a $500 charge if the smell of smoke or evidence of smoke is in the villa upon check out including E-cigarettes. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in this pool villa. Smoking can be done anywhere outside as long as all exterior doors are closed. We provide ashtrays in our pool area
Additionally, cleaning fees apply if the villa is left excessively dirty or with excessive garbage.
We provide a starter kit of toiletries to help you get your vacation to a great start. Our starter kit includes a garbage bag, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap, coffee, etc.
During your stay
We ask that you clean the barbecue grill after each use. An additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if the grill is returned to us uncleaned. Charcoals should NOT be used on the gas propane grill. Please follow all guidelines in using a propane gas grill. The homeowner does not take any responsibility if the propane gas grill is used incorrectly. Each guest will use the grill at their own risk. We recommend that you do not use the propane gas grill if you have no experience in using one. Please be sure to turn off the propane gas after each use
There are locked closets located in the kitchen and garage or game room. This is used to store the owner's items. Guests as no access to these closets. However, there are lots of closets in the villa for guests to use.
We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and the property. These cameras are actively recording. There is one in the front of the home and one in the back. None of our cameras are facing in the interior of the home in any way. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
Our pool/spa is outdoor and is cleaned each week. We do our best to keep it free from leaves and debris but sometimes and especially on windy days there may be leaves or debris in the pool. We have provided a portable skimmer for you to remove any of these should you encounter any.
We offer complimentary wifi. There are times when our wifi carrier goes down due to no fault of ours. This happens very rarely but it can happen which may cause wifi interruption during your stay.
Our AC system is energy efficient and will turn off if any exterior doors or door leading to the game room is open for more than 5 minutes. It will come back on once the doors are closed. So if you prefer to experience fresh air from the outdoors then you can leave the sliding doors open but if you prefer AC air then you would need to keep the exterior doors close and the doors leading to the game room.
No overnight street parking is allowed. Our driveway fits 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is allowed by the clubhouse parking lot.
Pets Restrictions
We accept pets up to 30 pounds that is fully vacinated and does not shed. Only 2 pets per reservation allowed. Pet fee is $30 per night or $300 per month and a pet security deposit of $200. Pet must not be left alone in the home unless in a crate or secured area
It is our pleasure to accept your group and your service dog. Please let us know the following before checking in if you are travelling with a Service Dog legally allowed by the ADA .
1. Is the dog a service amimal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task had the dog being trained to perform and will the dog be left in the home by itself at anytime during your stay?
We do not charge extra for a service dog, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for all and any damages caused by people or dog .
Under the ADA , service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal's work or individual's disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control of the handler at all times therefore never left alone in the home.
If we discover that a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal. we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to the government authorities and evict the guest (s) without fruther notice. In the latter case there will be no right to a refund or unused rent.
In 2022, both Airbnb and Airlines no longer treat Emotional Support Animals as Service Animals. If you have a ESA, please fliter search for pet friendly properties only. Our home will not be a fit for ESA,
We will need a copy of the drivers license of the person making the reservation before check in to satisfy our HOA requirements and a list of all guest over the age of 18 years old.

Access
The home is equipped with keyless smart locks and an alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest's phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras face the inside of the house.
Interaction
Complimentary tennis racquets and balls, as well as Volleyball equipment, are provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

About Giff Vacation Pool Homes
Hey there, my family and I started vacationing in the Disney area since 2003. We absolutely fell in love with the area after visiting once or twice per year so we decided to relocate in 2012 from New York.
What a drastic change it made...now I am loving summer all year round....I hate closed shoes so being able to wear sandals practically all year long is a big plus.
I love seeing people enjoying this great weather and it led me to hosting.
