The home has a new roof, is partially fence in the front and has a well maintained manicured yard with beautiful accents that compliment the colors of the exterior. The inside has beautiful wood laminate floors and tile through out, and with carpet in all of the bedrooms. Some items that are include with the home are plantation shutters on all of the windows and paddle fans. The home also has vaulted ceilings with recessed lighting. The kitchen makes a statement with granite counter tops, custom cabinets, vaulted ceilings, eat in breakfast nook, breakfast bar and a large walk in pantry.
As soon as you enter the front door you will get the full view of the open air floor plan. A The separate dining room area sets just off the great room that leads to the kitchen, nook and family room.
The master bedroom and large master bath with garden tub are located at the rear of the home. The kitchen nook opens with sliding doors to the spacious deck and large pool. You will want to entertain your guests inside and outside, day and night in this home. If you like making pizza you can show off your skills with a wood burning pizza oven on the pool deck, perfect for cooking fun meals at home. There is an inside utility room with washer and dryer hook up. Down the hall you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom. The other side of the home has one bedroom with a private bath near the front entry which is perfect for over night guests. The backyard oasis has an over sized deck with a sparkling salt water pool that is screened in. This neighborhood is well maintained, with lush landscaping and lots of amenities.

A Few Things To Note To Make Your Vacation More Fun.....
You can rent a 2022 Model 3 or 2023 Model Y Tesla long range AWD with full self drive capability during your stay. Let us know before your arrival so we can make arrangements. The vehicle will be waiting when you arrive at the airport or in the driveway when you arrive at the home. Just let us know
Pool and spa heat is not included in the nightly rates. There is an additonal fee of 40 per night to heat the pool and spa. Or $400 per month for longer stays. If you decide to pay for pool/spa heat it must be for the entire stay.
There is a outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill that is propane. We ask that you do not use this grill unless you have experience. Owner take no responsiblity for in accurate use.
There will be a $500 charge if the smell of smoke or evidence of smoke is in the villa upon check out including E-cigaretts. Absouletly no smoking allowed in this pool villa. Smoking can be done anywhere outside as long as all exterior doors are closed.
Additionally cleaning fees apply if the villa is left excessively dirty or with excessive garbage.
We provide a starter kit of toiletries to help you get your vacation to a great start. Our starter kit inlcudes garbage bag, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap, coffee, keurig pods, etc. We have a complimentray propane gas grill
During your stay
We ask that you clean the barbecue grill after each use. An additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if the grill is returned to us uncleaned. Charcoals should NOT be used on the gas propane grill. Please follow all guidelines in using a propane gas grill. Homeowner does not take any responsibility if the propane gas grill is used incorrectly. Each guest will use the grill at their own risk. We recommend that you do not use the propane gas grill if you have no experience in using one.
There is a locked owner's cabinet located in the home. Guest as no access to this closet. . This is used to store owner's items. Guests as no access to this closet. There is however lots of closets and storage in the home
“We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording. There is one in the front of the home and one in the back. None of our cameras are facing in the interior of the home in any way. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.”
Pets Restrictions
We allow pets up to 30 pounds either dog or cat, subject to the home owners approval. We will need vacine status and you will need to read and accept our pet policies.. Pets are not allowed in the beds or on couches or chairs unless you bring your own blankets and sheets to spread over these items before the pet goes on them. There is pet deposit of $200 plus $30 per day per pet. Limit 2 pets per household. Pets should not be left alone in the home unless in a crate. Fees may apply if there is excessive shedding or anything chewed or destroyed by your pet.
It is our pleasure to accept your group and your service dog. Please let us know the following before checking in if you are travelling with a Service Dog legally allowed by the ADA .
1. Is the dog a service amimal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task had the dog being trained to perform and will the dog be left in the home by itself at anytime during your stay?
We do not charge extra for a service dog, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for all and any damages caused by people or dog .
Under the ADA , service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal's work or individual's disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control of the handler at all times therefore never left alone in the home.
If we discover that a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal. we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to the government authorities and evict the guest (s) without fruther notice. In the latter case there will be no right to a refund or unused rent.
In 2022, both Airbnb and Airlines no longer treat Emotional Support Animals as Service Animals. If you have a ESA, please fliter search for pet friendly properties only. Our home will not be a fit for ESA,
We will need a copy of the drivers license of the person making the reservation before check in to satisfy our HOA requirements and a list of all guest over the age of 18 years old.
Garbage pick up is on Monday. And recycle on friday's. Guest should need to bring the bins to the sidewalk the night before pick up. Bring the bins to the end of the driveway the night before.

Guest will be given a code to open the lock box for entry. . Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

About Giff Vacation Pool Homes
Hey there, my family and I started vacationing in the Disney area since 2003. We absolutely fell in love with the area after visiting once or twice per year so we decided to relocate in 2012 from New York.
What a drastic change it made...now I am loving summer all year round....I hate closed shoes so being able to wear sandals practically all year long is a big plus.
I love seeing people enjoying this great weather and it led me to hosting.
