This exclusive peninsula community is embraced on the East by peaceful Intra-coastal Bay waters joining on the West the Gulf of Mexico where vast seascapes glisten beyond the inviting one-fourth mile stretch of pristine beach.
The large bedroom has a king-size bed and glass doors to its private deck. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate two more guests. Also, there is an over-stuffed, extremely comfortable futon in the sunroom which can accommodate two additional guests. There are bi-fold doors on the sunroom which can close and make a second private bedroom.
If culinary creativity is your thing our gourmet kitchen, complete with gas range, stainless steel appliances, and state of the art microwave will fit the bill perfectly. For outside cooking we have a large, side patio with a gas BBQ and picnic table.
Enjoy the boardwalks around the buildings and watch the fantastic sunsets over the Gulf on one of the most wonderful beaches in Florida!
