Rest assured that before you arrive, every surface has been sanitized. We exceed CDC cleaning standards! You will even see a "fully sanitized" band in bathroom! We also provide UV air purification that eliminates Virus, mold, as well as bacteria! So important in todays world! No need to pack your own sheets and towels etc. All towels and linens are expertly cleaned and dried at highest temps to eliminate any potential for germs! Don't settle for less!!
Our new deluxe home has undergone a no expense 2 year long renovation and is spectacular in every way!! 3 bedroom (2en-suites), 3 full bathrooms, home features 1 deluxe California king memory foam bed (bigger than reg king),1 deluxe memory foam queen bed, 2 bunk beds. This beautiful rental is nothing like any other beach vacation rental. You may not find another spot so close to the beach (about 30 second stroll) yet, so peaceful and with such ambiance. It is in a peaceful private fenced in compound. Nothing refreshes like the smell the salt air sound of the waves, and the breathtaking views. You are almost certain to see Dolphins from our beach! You can literally watch the sunset on the beach from our home!
Every square inch of this home exudes attention to detail. Maybe I'm biased but I think the person who decorates our properties, my wonderful wife, is the best interior decorator around. I think you will agree that the unit is spectacular in every way. With such a serene setting you may never want to leave. Don't just take my word for it. Great night life and restaurants just a short stroll away. Very comfortable Tommy Bahama furnishings with all the luxuries of home. NEW granite counter tops! Grand bathrooms with Italian tile and thick glass door shower. Absolutely beautiful! No matter who you know, or how hard you try, you may never find a more serene setting at my reasonable rates.

For the health conscious, we have installed a $3000 water filtration system. Unlike other vacation rentals on the island that use public water water if filtered. So, when you bathe, you may even notice that your hair is fuller and skin is softer as compared to bathing in unfiltered tap water.

1: Hang at Coquina BEACH FRONT PARK & have a picnic. This park is right on the beach located on our south end of the island & is sure to entertain everyone. They have a PLAYGROUND, covered eating areas, & grills for all of your needs. Its within walking distance!.
2: Go fishing off of the BRIDGE ST PIER or Jetties. Both located on our
south end of the island, this pier is even lighted for night time fishing and sure to help you get some big fish. Buy your bait there or bring your own. You don’t even need a license. Just bring your gear that we provide to fish & there’s always someone to help you out.
3: Bring your skateboard and visit Bradenton Riverwalk which is just 20 minutes into Bradenton, Florida. For Anna Maria Island skating visit the HOLMES BEACH SKATE PARK.
4: Go for a round of mini-golfing at the FISH HOLE on Bridge Street. Easy walk to this place, located on the Historic Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach & is tons of fun. With 18 different holes each named after a different fish, fun history, & fish feeding, the Fish Hole is a great place for a post-beach activity.
5: Play volleyball or build a sand castle on the Coquina PUBLIC BEACH. This place is withing walking distance or take the free trolley. It has two volleyball courts in the sand, a playground, a cafe right on the beach, & a lifeguard on duty. It also has an ICE CREAM & Restaurant with all of your beach favorites.
6: RENT A KAYAK & explore the island waters. Many places on the island offer low-rate kayak renting prices with different styles & sizes, as well as the amount of time you can rent them. You can freely take your kayak out into the Gulf of Mexico & PADDLE along as you travel across the shore & see the sights. We provide a discount code for 10% savings!! They will deliver and pick up the kayak right at the launch next to our dock! Yes, you can launch right at our dock area about 40 second walk away!!
7: Search for unique & pretty shells on the SHORE near you. On the A.M.I. beaches you can find endless different types of shells, clams, & coquinas in many different shapes & colors. Some of the shells have holes in them, perfect for making a necklace, bracelet, or other JEWELRY. This multi-purpose task is loads of fun for everyone. Our beautiful beach is under a minute to walk to and called Cortez beach.
8: Play soccer, football, tennis or baseball at the HOLMES BEACH or COMMUNITY CENTER fields. These places offer the free use of their fields. All you need to bring is your sports gear & a good time. This is a fun way to spend your time, especially if you like sports.
9: Take the free trolley and walk down Pine Avenue & explore all the cool shops & attractions. Pine Avenue is known for its unique shops & HISTORIC SITES. With many BOUTIQUES, eateries, & history, the activities are endless. The activities include boccie ball outside of the Olive Oil Outpost, small festivities in front of the Flip-Flop Shop & Candy Stop. The Flip-Flop Shop is also a must-do for kid island vacationers that love sweets & small treats. Yum!

This is the path to beach from our rear gate! Only about a 30 second walk to beach! My wife and I own this property. We have no mortgage so you can have peace of mind knowing it won't be foreclosed on or sold. We take great pride in making sure that everything is spotless. We think our location is second to none on Anna Maria Island. Very peaceful. Big courtyard. Plenty of outdoor seating. Tropical landscaping. Nice covered balcony overlooking pool and gulf. Everything to make your vacation enjoyable is included except your flipflops.

Unlike most rentals on Anna Maria Island that are elevated by up to 3 stories (that's a lot of stairs when carting luggage, beach chairs, groceries, etc.) Our beautiful vacation rental is elevated only one level with deluxe pool room on ground level.
