The Islander offers directly oceanfront condominiums in a classic retro high rise building that has stood the test of time! With the on-site lush landscaping, tennis court, swimming pool, and an ocean side cabana and grilling area, The Islander offers all the amenities to provide for the ideal island vacation! Quick access to the white sandy shores of Wrightsville Beach, sites and sounds of of the waves and salt air breezes, gorgeous skies, and complimentary sunrises over the ocean!
Condo Specific Amenities:
2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths.
Maximum Occupancy: 4.
Bed Sizes: King, Queen.
• Cable TV, WIFI.
• First floor condo - easy access to pool, cabana area, and beach!
Central heat & air, ceiling fans, full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher.
The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised sleeping spaces and baths are provided with freshly laundered linens and beds pre-made before arrival for your convenience. The Bedding and Bath Linen Package includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom.
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy.
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom.
• Kitchen set.
• No smoking allowed inside any area of complex. Guests who smoke or use vapor type devices in unauthorized areas will be charged an additional $200 fee for cleaning and restoration.
• No tenant pets allowed at any time. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction without refund and additional charge to guest.
• A shared paved parking lot with parking space for up to 2 cars!
• A private resort pool! (Available by Memorial Weekend, closes by October 1st; may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.)
• Walking distance to shops and restaurants!
Partial Week Getaways:
• During November through March excepting holiday weeks: 3 night minimum stay permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During April - October and holiday weeks: 3 night minimum stay permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Friday-Friday time frame.
