We call our place the "Red Bear Cabin". It's an older & very cozy house, has been fully renovated & has old-style charm. The Kitchen & baths are like new. This is a special place on Lake Glenville with boat & swim dock, good fishing & swimming. Its very convenient to everything local. Our place is on east side of Lake & more Convenient closer to Glenville & Cashiers. We have incredible Panoramic Lake & Mtn. Views. The Cashiers Village is 3 miles away & Glenville is about 1 miles, convenient to Shopping, Grocery stores, World Class Restaurants, or the simple Pizza or BBQ House, Nearby Waterfalls, Hiking Trails, Highlands Village, Sapphire Golfing, Cherokee Reservation & Casino, Golfing, & River Rafting. This is the center of it all on the Lake. East side of Lake. Enjoy the 3 Kayaks, Lkside-Hammock, Corn-toss boards, Direct TVs, Free Internet, Games or just read a book in the peaceful hammock at Lakeside. Grills & Fire pit are provided at the scenic patio. Resort Golfing, Waterfalls, slides, fishing, & swimming are abundant of course. Spend a few nights or a few weeks. This place is for everyone. Kids, Couples, Grandparents, handicapped, or your private retreat. If you have a small group we can sometimes host as though It was a Bed and Breakfast. Please notify us on your arrival day the appx arrival time. Please inform us of all persons arriving & any day or overnight guests & if any pets.
Make sure you understand how the AC & anything Mechanical works befor using it. No Kids under 21 using the Propane Grills. No illegal Drug use.
Use Kayaks & Boats at your own Risk & wear Life vests while in water. Always be aware of potential Danger & Zones. No Glass on Patios or Boat Dock.

Property Damage Insurance $79
Stays of over a week or more require $250 as Basic Cleaning Fee. 1-5 days is $200. Additional persons over 4, add $25 extra per night. This confirms use of the lower level of the home. We are pet friendly (love the tail wagers), yet pets require a non refundable deposit $150 per dog/pet. Some 1, 2 & 3 night stays are available upon availability, requests, or special situations. We like for our Guests to take away their trash to the S.R.C. (State Recycle Center) just 4 miles north on Hwy 107 on the left & just past Pine Creek Rd.. Open 7a-6p. Ingles Grocery Store (A NICE one) is just 4 miles south in the Heart of Cashiers for good food choices. Of course we have many nearby: Restaurants, Shopping, Fishing, Golf, Boat Rentals, & Hiking trails, Ask us for any recommendations. See you soon at Red Bear Cabin. The 2021 Rates are now set & we are preferring a 2 week minimum stay with Sat. check in/out. Yes we are Lake front with boat dock available. Feel free to ask any questions.

Its easy to find yourself, rest & still have the time of your life here. Been all over the world but this is the best. Swim to the island, walk, Hike, or boat to the falls.
