Please note that Wilmington is undergoing improvements and street construction is happening in front of the building. The street will be closed through mid-June.

Both units feature a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to create delicious meals, including a suite of appliances (except a dishwasher).
When it’s time to eat, each unit accommodates three at the kitchen bar.
BED & BATH
This two-unit rental sleeps eight guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in each living area.
Both units offer a bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV. Each unit is fitted with a bathroom that has a tub/shower combination.
