This home has been tastefully designed and furnished with Florida relaxation and enjoyment in mind! Just in case you need it, high-speed fiber optic internet & 3 Smart TVs are ready for you as well.
Palms Over Water Villa is located in the desirable SE area of Cape Coral, FL. A short 15-minute boat ride through the canals will get you to the Caloosahatchee River, then follow the river to the Gulf of Mexico. Do-it-all during your stay at Palms Over Water Villa!

• Fish off the oversized boat dock and captain's walk or feed the turtles/ducks
• If you are lucky, during the day, you might see a family of 'Manatees' ( native sea-cows ) swim by

• Boat to nearby Cape Coral Yacht Club and Beach on the river(Dine at the Boathouse and listen to nightly live bands)

Bask in the sun with a private, heated pool that is full, screen enclosed! The sun-filled Eastern and Southern exposures on the pool will get you that glowing tan. When you are wanting relief from the sun, retreat to the wonderful shaded area under the large lanai to stay cool. Professionally landscaped yard with colorful planting surrounded by white shells. The privacy fence on both sides of the home adds a nice level of seclusion.
If you enjoy playing games, you are going to love the classic island hook and ring game w/beer bottle opener on the lanai. It will provide endless fun for your family and friends.
The home has been beautifully decorated with new furniture in 2021! You will appreciate having two separate and large living areas. Individual spaces are useful when you need room to spread out.

Palms Over Water Villa has been equipped with everything you need to feel at home during your stay. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances(ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer) a coffee maker, and all the pots and pans needed for cooking a homemade meal. There is also an additional freezer in the laundry room for unlimited ice cream treats ???? or any other frozen items you might need. There is a pass-through window to the outside lanai bar countertop. The inside kitchen counter also has a breakfast bar. Overall, it is a very efficient kitchen layout so everyone can spend less time cooking/serving and more time enjoying! And if you must do laundry while on vacation, be our guest and use the in-home washer and dryer units.
It is important to us that you are comfortable! We want you to have the best night's sleep possible during your stay. The owner's suite has a king-size bed and it has been appointed with a luxury RESTRONIC Artwork Euro Top mattress. The 2nd bedroom has a Sealy Queen Mattress and the 3rd bedroom has a ZINUS Green Team Cooling Memory Foam Hybrid Mattress/Pocket Inner Springs. Finally, the sofa queen sleeper in the living room has an upgraded, gel, memory foam mattress. Why not enjoy your vacation while you sleep and get the rest you deserve.

Hi, my name is Brad Lacher. I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent in Minnesota for the past 18 years. My wife Jill has been a special education school teacher her whole career. Together we own two additional long-term rental properties in our hometown of Lakeville, MN.
For over a year we were looking for a new opportunity with our next real estate adventure that included the idea of a vacation spot. Jill did endless research to find the perfect city that our family would enjoy a few times a year and would also be attractive as a vacation rental. There were a lot of great options across the country but we kept coming back to Cape Coral. It offered a variety of beautiful beaches for our family and everything we kept reading about Cape Coral kept referencing the fun, laid-back boating life culture of SW Florida.
Our family found this home in the spring of 2021. We had never been to Cape Coral or Ft. Myers prior to us making the offer on the home. Have you ever had a time when you were so sure of something that you were just ready, that was us. After visiting Cape Coral a number of times since owning the property, we are in love with the area. Eventually, we want to make Cape Coral our permanent home. Until then, we get to enjoy Cape Coral on vacations and share what we think is a fantastic and fun home with those that choose to stay at what we now call "Palms Over Water Villa".

Being on a canal with boating access to the Gulf of Mexico is such a fun experience with endless possibilities. Even if boating is not on your agenda, there is just something about relaxing by the water. We think the vacation home that we have prepared for you will offer you the perfect amount of space with over 1,800 sq. ft. inside the home and endless space outside by the pool and large boat dock. Depending on the size of your family or people you are staying with, we also believe you will appreciate having two living rooms to spread out.
