The house elevation is higher than any other house as far as the eye can see. Ocean views from all decks, great room area and 5 of our 6 bedrooms. A 4x4 vehicle is a must. Located in the wild horse reserve area. This is a modern house with many amenities; jacuzzi (2), hot tub, lovely private pool and comfortable pool furniture, pool cabana bar and refrigerator, rec room with pool table, extra full size refrigerator and chest freezer, satellite TV with premium stations, on demand, roku, amazon netflix, free long distance service anywhere in US, high speed internet with wireless wi-fi available throughout house and outside decks. We have lots of multi-position comfortable beach chairs Sheets and towels are provided from a cleaning service, you may want to bring your own beach towels. Paper goods, dish and laundry detergent, spices, shampoo, lotion, soap and many more items supplied with rental.. Cooking utensils and appliances supplied. Two grocery stores located about 20/30 minutes from the house - Food Lion and Harris Teeter. Daily visitations by small herds of wild horses. Your best chance for an eco-luxury vacation!
We are less than 2 minute walk over the dune to the beach, approx. 100 yds using our easement. Enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets from our great room. Great ocean views throughout the house.

Rate Notes
Additional information about rental rates
Pet Fee: $100
Tax rate applies to North Carolina sales tax of 7.0% and Currituck County 7.0%, $500 refundable security deposit.
Rate includes linens (sheets and towels), paper goods, bathroom sundries, garbage backs, laundry items, sundries and spices . Property should be left in condition it was found and 'broom swept' clean. If so, security deposit will be returned. Cleaning service will change the linens and clean bathrooms. No cleaning fees. No booking fees. No other hidden fees.
Rates are from $2,995 to $6995. Sunday to Sunday weekly rentals only,

If you have upcoming trips, you can manage or cancel your booking in your traveler account.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Also note:
Dogs must be spayed or neutered and on a topical flea and tick preventative. Dogs must not be left alone in the house or locked in a room.
Covers are provided for sofas in the event that dogs sleep on them . Dogs are to be hosed off in outdoor shower before entering the house.
Dog towels, bowls, crates, beds. chuckers, toys and tags are provided.

What makes this House unique
Aerus Air Scrubber installed inside of air handler this spring to kill bacteria in the air circulating in the house. NASA technology used to kill viruses, bacteria and mold in closed spaces.
House disinfected weekly, including light switches and door knobs.
Special pool and hot tub treatment this year.
Guest asked to bring summer blankets this year so that we can provide fresh clean sheets and towels every week without comforters or blankets which cannot be washed weekly. Bringing your own pillows is optional. They all have pillow guard covers as well as freshly washed pillow cases.
