Due to the recent announcement made by the Hawaii State Governor, transient vacation rentals will be allowed to resume operations with modifications beginning June 16th, 2020 but may only accommodate persons not subject to the 14-day quarantine. This includes Maui residents and guests who have already completed their 14-day quarantine in Hawaii.
Upon time of reserving, you will receive a separate Docusign contract acknowledging that we have made all guests aware of this restriction. Please be sure to sign and return to us within 24 hours of reserving.
Pala Hinu Cleaning Services (our cleaning contractor) is dedicated to ensuring that your rental is safe and sanitary. We have evaluated our cleaning practices with the onset of COVID-19 to make sure that we are using the proper chemicals and techniques. Rest assured, we have implemented new procedures that include frequent disinfecting of high-touch areas, linen sanitization, and we have given our staff robust training to ensure that our standards are one of the highest in the industry. We have also received certifications for Cleaning for COVID-19 by the Care Academy and the VRHP (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals).
