Sea View Cottage offers a great experience for large families traveling together! The home is separated into 4 apartments so you will have space to enjoy time with the family, but also space to getaway. This historic building was built in 1924 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Combined, the property offers 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, 4 kitchens, 4 living rooms, and can sleep up to 20. Located just 4 houses back from the beach and within 2 blocks of restaurants, shops, nightlife, and attractions like the Tybee Island Pier and Marine Science Center.
Top Floor:
Apartment #1- This 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment offers a living area that has ocean views, a 32 inch Flat Screen TV with Satellite TV, DVD, and an iPod docking station with CD and Radio. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and includes table seating for 6. The large master bedroom, located off the living area is furnished with a King bed and has an attached private bath with stand-up shower, no tub. The two guest bedrooms are located down the hall from the kitchen. One guest bedroom is furnished with a Double bed and a 19 inch Flat Screen TV. The second guest bedroom has Twin bunk beds and an additional Twin bed and a flat-screen TV.
