This unit features a renovated bedroom to provide a more open room that is typical at this complex. The kitchen has also be upgraded with a full-size glass top range, apartment size is typical, full-size sink and ceramic tile countertops. All units have use of the swimming pool, tennis courts, and BBQ grills.
PLEASE NOTE: The beach on Tybee`s north shore (Savannah River Entrance) is subject to strong currents during tidal changes. Please swim with care and observe all posted cautions.
Also due to association rules and for safety reasons, there are no golf cart rental parking anywhere on the SBRC grounds. This restriction includes the designated guest spaces and all unmarked parking.
