625 Gull Reef is located in Tybee's Beachside Colony Resort. While staying at this updated 3 bedroom condo you will have access to 3 pools. One of the pools is heated year-round. Beachside Colony is also the home of one of Tybee's most popular ocean-side restaurants, The Deck.
This coastal beach condo has a side oceanview from the private balcony. The open living floor plan combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The updated kitchen has granite countertops and brand new appliances. The well-stocked kitchen makes preparing meals and snacks convenient. The kitchen has a dine-on-counter with seating for 4 people. The dining table is situated between the living area and the kitchen. The dining room table has plenty of seating, perfect for sit down meals or board and card games. Coastal Decor and comfortable furnishings outfit this condo. An oversized sofa, flat-screen TV and direct access to the private balcony make the living room the perfect place to gather.
Off of the living area is the Master Suite with a king bed. This Master Suite has a recently updated private bathroom with a stand-up shower and double vanity. The Master Suite has a flat-screen TV and direct access to the condo's balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed. This bedroom is across the hallway from 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom also has a queen bed. Each of these bedrooms has TVs and access to the full-size bathroom in the hallway.
This condo is located mid-island and convenient to many shops, Tybee's Memorial Park, the Tybee Library, Tybee YMCA and many restaurants. Beach access is located through the Beachside colony access points or one of the public entrances located on side streets. You will not have to cross any streets to access the beach.
