The kitchen is well-stocked with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Master with a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, and an expansive view of the ocean. Guest bedroom has 2 single beds. Lots of comfortable seating in the living room, complete with a large flatscreen TV. Plus theres a great patio for you to enjoy the sights & sounds of the Atlantic Ocean! The Sand Dollar Shores complex has a clubhouse, 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, boardwalk beach access, fitness center, shuffleboard courts, picnic areas, and carwash service. Cable TV, internet, water, sewer, garbage collection and pest control service included in rent. The tenants deposit will be held to pay for all other utilities & services, including a departure cleaning fee (approx $150) and an electric fee of $3.00 per day ($5.00 for June, July, August, September) for the term of the lease. HOA charges a $100 tenant processing fee (non-refundable). Pets, trailers, motorhomes, commercial vehicles and motorcycles are NOT allowed. Minimum rental period is 1 month.
