• Two guest bedrooms with queen & double (2) beds
• Living room with smart TV and comfy seating
• High-speed Wi-Fi throughout

• Private screened-in lanai with heated pool
• Outdoor dining and lounge area – perfect for sunset dinners
• Peaceful & private
Location Highlights:
• Minutes to Matlacha, Pine Island, and waterfront restaurants
• Close to boat ramps, nature trails, and fishing spots
• 30–40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island
• Grocery stores and shops within a short drive
Pool Heating: Pool heat is available for an additional $10 per day and can be added to your reservation. Please note the maximum temperature setting is 88°F to maintain proper equipment function and ensure a comfortable swim.
