Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Cape Coral, Florida! This property was previously part of a successful rental program, now under new management. The community has access to a gym, pickle ball, tennis, community pool and ample paths to walk.
This property is professionally managed by Coconut Key Vacation Rentals. Third party bookings are subject to increased rates and third party service fees.

A photo ID will be required to initially enter the gated community. This ID must match the booking party. Once granted access, you will have a key to enter the community, which is made available once you enter your units. You will also receive a unique access code for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience. Guests have access to the entire home, except the locked owner’s storage closet located in room with the (2) twin beds.

» No street or grass parking, only in the driveway
Electricity Use. Guests are allotted $75 in energy use per week. Meter readings are done upon arrival and at check out. Any use of excess energy above $75 will be billed at $0.20 per kilowatt. These overages will be pulled from the security deposit and/or applied to the payment method on file.
