Things to note:
Electric is charged per usage after your stay for guests staying 7 nights or more.
To ensure your comfort, you are welcome to adjust the air conditioning and pool heater to your preferred temperatures. This allows you complete control over the climate while keeping our nightly rates affordable for all guests.
The meter is read before and after each stay to ensure you are only charged for the amount you use. You will be asked to send a picture of the meter as part of your check in & check out instructions.
House Rules :No smoking indoors; designated outdoor areas only.
No parties or events—quiet hours after 10 PM to respect neighbors.
Pets welcome with approval and fee; We do have a fully fenced yard must be leashed outside of yard and cleaned up after.
Check-in after 4 PM; check-out by 10 AM (flexible options available).
