This condo has the best view on the beach with Corner balcony with wrap around windows overlooking the ocean in the Edgewaterbeach resort . This home has the best water and unlimited hot water for the 3 bathrooms. The 2 guest rooms have 2 large beds in each .
The condo is in the resort with all amenities, golf ,tennis, excerscse room, restaurants, coffee shops, pools, entertainments and the best expanded views on the beach On the third floor, so it is easy to walk but the elevators are available .
it is at walking distance to restaurants and stores.
The owner talks English and French. The owner Jeanne is available to help at anytime.
Guests after paying the owner for rent , pay the resort directly $50 for registration and extra for parking passes. max 3 cars after on line registration with the special guest web- Also they will register each guest and resort bracelets will be in the condo after ID verification.

Cleaning is made on Saturday - so we rent to Saturday and from Saturday - call for exceptions

spring break rates are $498/night-with specials on and off..summer rates are $488/518 night and winter $398specials or DEPENDING ON the NUMBER OF PEOPLE AND NUMBER OF NIGHTS- call for specials.
498-a-night summer rates but the resort has an official new resort registration for parking passes with names that are checked at the entry gate and parking passes are given at the gate!!!

Why this property? tower3---on the third floor-above the sand---Best location with a corner condo and windows all around- . best sunsets. on the third floor so high enough to avoid the noise and low enough to walk the stairs or take the elevator.

Pricing varies with special dates of the month.-for December and January, please call for pricing- it depends on number of people and number of days.
Sometimes, i stay there with my kids and granddaughter- The condo is well stocked.
