This 2400 sq. ft. Villa has been totally renovated – from the four sleek, new toilets, new cabinets throughout with all new hardware to the top of the line, VIKING & Bosch appliances in the beautiful, gourmet kitchen! Other restorations include: beautiful new Wood/Tile flooring throughout, gorgeous granite countertops in kitchen & all bathrooms. New ceiling fans in all rooms (even Master Bathroom), beautiful chandeliers and light fixtures throughout…the list goes on and on. You won’t find more spacious accommodations.
You are right on the the 15th fairway of the Championship Baytowne Golf Course. The beach is a nice walk (shorter for some of us and, of course for the fitness walkers). There is also a great short cut, if time is of the essence. Most folks take one or both of the 2 INCLUDED golf carts or the TRAM (also included with rental) when they are going for "time on the beach" and have all their "beach stuff". The private Tivoli by the Sea swimming pool is across the street and two houses down from your front door. It is rarely crowded and heated, seasonally. The brand new Phil Hummel Aquatic Center on the Bayside of the resort is heated year around and is perfect for little ones with a zero entry, as well as a designated area for laps etc.
Your villa includes a wonderful, open floor plan with soaring 20 ft. ceilings in the living, kitchen and dining areas. A 65" 4K smart Samsung flat screen TV that can be viewed from almost every area, including the large farm house dining table (seats 8) - there is additional seating at the adjacent bar for 3 and a nearby game table that also seats 4! Step outside from the living area (or master bedroom) onto the screened in porch and enjoy your morning coffee or cocktail in the evening and the fabulous views from the 15th fairway of the Championship Baytowne Golf course!
Sleeping accommodations include: 3 king size bedrooms all beautifully appointed, including luxurious linens, each with its own private bathroom, as well as new ceiling fans, light fixtures and flat screen TVs. The super-sized master bathroom and bedroom is complete with sitting area and double vanities, open, over sized shower and a large jetted tub. For your added convenience, there is a powder room below the brand new staircase up to the loft, which includes 2 twin beds, flat screen TV and double closet. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in family area for additional sleeping space. No bedrooms are overloaded with beds so guests have plenty of room and privacy.
