Rental Agreement
OCCUPANCY
- Guest agrees not have more guests than the rental can accommodate
- Responsible party must be 21 years of age or older.
ADA ACCESSIBLE UNIT POSSIBLE
- We do not own a specific unit with the resort, rather work from their live availability.
- Our listings include both standard and accessible units, as these units have similar layouts
and
accommodations.
GUEST NAME CHANGE POLICY
- Guest name changes on the reservation must be made more than 15 days prior to check-in.
- The resort charges a $99 guest name change on the reservation.
RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY
- All date, unit, or location changes made are subject to a $30 change fee.
- Any changes are subject to the resort’s availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A full refund will be provided for cancelations that are made 31 days prior to check-in.
- A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations 15 to 30 days prior to check-in.
- No refund will be given within 14 days of check-in.
LOCAL CHARGES (MOST RESORTS)
- $150.00- $360.00 Security Deposit will be paid on arrival and be refunded on departure.
- Parking Fee: Most resorts have free parking, but it is not guaranteed.
- Resort Fee: Most resorts do charge a refundable security deposit.
