Long Beach is a secure community with 3 pools and 3 hot tubs. 2 free beach chairs are provided for you enjoyment from March - October. This condo features a king bed and sleeper sofa to sleep 4, fully equipped kitchen, and a walk-in shower. Is close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. House Rules and Policies:
A $300 security deposit is required in advance and MUST be received within 7 days of making reservation. Deposit refunds are returned within 14 days after departure,Rent must be paid 30 days in advance or upon reservation if made less than 30 days ahead. No refunds for early departure.
Cancellation notice of 30 days for weekly rentals and 60 days for monthly rentals is required. If less notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited.

We are retired Illinois farmers who love the beach. We have 4 grown children, 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren who also love Long Beach Resort. When at home in Illinois we are active in our community and our church which means we may not be availble to respond to your calls on Saturday evening or Sunday morning.But rest assured we will return calls as quickly as possible. We own a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom condo at Long Beach at Panama City Beach which has the BEST condos on the beach. Every room has a full Gulf view. Our rental includes 2 free beach chairs in season, (March-October) which itself is a $300/week value. We know you will enjoy our resort and would love to have you stay with us!
