Guests are required to complete and sign the Rental Agreement. This must be completed upon reserving the home.
The main guest must upload their driver's license or government ID.
Security Hold of $500 will be processed by the Host on the Guest's Credit Card.
The Minimum age to rent is 25.
Pool/spa heat is an additional fee of $40/night plus tax and must be requested and paid for in advance.
The BBQ grill is an additional fee of $70/stay plus tax and must be requested and paid for in advance.
Emerald Island Resort requires a resort fee of $20 per vehicle per stay. This is paid directly to the resort community. Guest contact information is required to complete the registration. The information will be taken from the rental contract.
One pet allowed with prior approval of the owner. Maximum of 20lbs. Breed restrictions apply. $250 fee per pet applies, if approval. Pet agreement must be signed.
No parties allowed. No events are allowed.

Our Vacation home is situated at the end of the street, with no homes behind us or on one side. We love the space, and it is always quiet and relaxing there!
