We do not rent to groups of vacationing students--Occupants must all be over the age of 25 or accompanied by parents or legal guardians
No smoking in the condo
Small pets allowed (max 3)--larger pets must be approved. No aggressive pets allowed--must be safe with other pets, children, or adults.
Parking for trailers is not available at the condo--storage must be arranged off site
Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not allowed
Grill at community grills only--grilling on balcony is not allowed
