Crystal View 102 is a wonderful condo for a family gathering. This condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, with the ability to accommodate up to 12 people. It also features the largest balcony in the area with panoramic Gulf front views. The ground floor access is amazingly convenient for families and pets. 1932 Sqft inside condo
All of our properties do require a Saturday-Saturday Stay during Summer and Other Peak times of the year.
-Master Bedroom has a King bed plus a Day bed with trundle and a lovely view of the Gulf. The large, ensuite Bath features a separate shower and garden tub.
-The 2nd Bedroom is a Guest King Suite, built-in Bunks for the kids and an attached Full Bath
-The 3rd Bedroom also has a King bed with convenient access to the 3rd Bath located just outside the door.
-Fully stocked Kitchen with stainless steel appliances
-High-speed wireless internet
-Washer/Dryer
-Community Pool
-40 yards from the beach
-The maximum capacity of the condo is achieved when the sleeper sofas in the living room are utilized.
