Beautiful gulf front condo along the popular Scenic Gulf Drive community area. Wake to the blue green water and see dolphins swim by on a regular basis. Enjoy the beautiful white sand of the most beautiful beach in the world.
The condo is up to date with all new kitchen and baths, new furnishings and details from top to bottom. Comfortable furniture on the large patio to encourage your family to sit and read, talk, have a cool or hot beverage and listen and watch the surf. The ground floor patio gives you easy access to the beach which is no more than 50 yards away from the patio.
The unit includes one umbrella and 2 chairs at the beach by our professional beach service for each day that you are here from mid March to the end of October.
The master bedroom faces the gulf and has a king bed and an extremely large bath with a garden tub and separate shower. There is a desk area for those who need to do a little work or keep up with emails during their time away.
The guest king suite has access to the guest bath. It also has a desk area.
The separate bunk room has a full bunk on the bottom and a twin bunk on the top.
The living room and bedrooms all have flat screen TV's and DVD's.
The property amenities also include a community charcoal grilling area, a fitness center and a beautiful pool with a spa, fountain and lush landscaping.
The 5 mile long walk / bike path is also a big attraction along Scenic Gulf Drive. Enjoy walking your pet, biking, roller skating while enjoying the views of the Gulf of Mexico.
There are 3 restaurants in easy walking distance from Beach Retreat if you do not want to drive . One of these is Pompano Joe's which features late afternoon / evening entertainment that is suitable for the entire family.

Rental Requirements:
$500 Advance and the Balance Paid 30 Days Prior to Arrival for Weekly Reservations
Cancellations Receive a Refund of All but $100 when cancelled at Least 60 Days Prior to Arrival
Guests must be over 25 or accompanied by parents or legal guardian for the duration of their stay
No Smoking in Condos.
Pets must be either under 35# or accepted by the manager as some breeds are prohibited

Policies
We charge a $500- $1000 Advance (plus trip insurance if selected) at the time of booking with the remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are booking under 30 days prior to arrival, the total will be charged.
Rental rates and bookings are not confirmed until they are reviewed and approved and the advance on the rental is paid. All units rented by Beach Condos In Destin generally require a Sat-Sat. We do require a Sat check in and a Saturday Check out. in most cases. Feel free to inquire for 3-4 night stays last minute(one week prior) or after The last Saturday in October/ before first Saturday in March.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are subject to a $100 processing fee. Reservations must be canceled 60 days prior to arrival for daily or weekly reservations or the advance on the rental will be forfeited. Reservations of one month or longer will not receive a refund of the advance. Cancellations under 30 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeiture of all rental funds Early departure or non arrival does not warrant refund of rent.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance but purchase is optional. Beach Condos In Destin is proud to offer our guests one of the best vacation rental protection policies in the industry. Rental Guardian Travel Protection can can cover you and your vacation investment if and when the unexpected happens.
The policy costs 7% for the typical unexpected cancellation of the total cost of your trip. We recommend you purchase the insurance at the time of booking to ensure the best coverage but we can bind coverage until the balance is paid 30 days prior to arrival.
