The private solar/electical heated pool with spa is perfect for relaxing.
The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, while the other rooms are furnished with queen-size beds. The master bathroom has a large shower and double vanity.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and pool area.
Our reliable property manager is always available to assist you on site.
The space:
There are also six sun loungers for the whole family, and the dining tables comfortably seat six people.
The Villa Haze:
All rooms in the house are on one level and accessible without steps. The bedrooms have been freshly renovated and are now equipped with large new smart TVs. All rooms have tiled floors (no carpet). The house is lovingly furnished with lots of Florida-style decorations and high-quality furniture.
Master bedroom with king-size bed, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom (2 sinks, spa, and shower) and large walk-in closets.
Second bedroom with queen-size bed and third bedroom also with queen-size bed. Each of these bedrooms has the usual walk-in closet. An additional bathroom with sink and shower, as well as access to the pool. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. An additional travel cot for toddlers, a high chair, and a folding bed are available on site.
Large dining room for 6 people.
Fully equipped kitchen including all new small appliances such as smoothie maker, various coffee machines, waffle iron, toaster, pot and pan set, dinnerware/crockery, cutlery, mixer, baking accessories, kitchen utensils... Stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice and filtered water. The kitchen offers seating for four people at counter height.
Family/TV room with Samsung Smart TV with Samsung TV Plus, Max TV and, on request: Sling TV (stream over 250 live TV channels, thousands of movies and shows on demand) or stream your own content via smartphone. Free high-speed WiFi throughout the house.
The porch offers ample seating and a lounge area, six sun loungers, towel racks, ceiling fan, pool and ambient lighting, and a 3-burner propane grill.
The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and 2 vacuum cleaners.
For your day at the beach, you are equipped with beach accessories: a large cooler, a beach tent for those who love the shade, umbrellas, and folding chairs. For sports enthusiasts, we have a pickle ball set and free courts in the area.
All rooms are equipped with new smoke detectors, and there are fire extinguishers and a first aid kit. All areas are easily accessible, and the pool can be reached directly from 3 rooms and the small bathroom. The driveway offers convenient parking for 2 vehicles, and there is also enough space in the double garage.
The pool and hot tub are heated year-round by solar pool heating panels on the roof. In the summer months, you may want to consider turning off the solar heating, as the pool may feel too warm.
Our property management team (who also speak German) will assist you with any questions you may have on site.
Guest access
There are only 2 closets in the house, which are locked. This is where we keep our personal belongings when we want to go on vacation in our house ourselves (unfortunately not as often as we would like).

Additional rules
Minimum age of the renter is 25 years and the renter must be present in the house.
Maximum 7 people allowed in the house/on the property at the same time (including children + babies). 6 guests can sleep in the bedrooms, there is an additional folding guest bed available if needed.
Guests must be specified at the time of booking.
During their stay, guests are responsible for putting out the trash cans the night before they are emptied.
All our renters must sign a rental agreement issued by the host.
Identification card must be provided upon request.
No open doors or windows when air conditioning is on.
AirBnB cancellation policy applies. No other refunds available. Travel insurance is recommended.
There is a $50 charge for grill cleaning unless the grill has been cleaned by the renter.
House rules and terms and conditions must be accepted with booking as self-check-in is offered.
Electricity:
Our rental prices already include a usual electricity consumption. According to our experience, this is about 55 kWh per day. Any electricity consumption significantly above this will be charged at $0.18 per kWh.
The consumption is calculated based on the values of the electricity meter of the house. Readings are recorded at check-in and check-out respectively. Any electricity charges must be paid in cash at check-out or will be deducted from the security deposit.
Attention: If the air conditioner is set to a low temperature, runs with the doors and windows open, or the pool heater is used a lot, this will result in significantly higher electricity consumption.
Charging of electric cars is generally not permitted.
