Description
Fabulous location, and wonderful for families. Mom and Dad will enjoy the lake fishing, hot tubs, on-site restaurants and bars with occasional live music, and stunning nature trails. Even charcoal grills/picnic areas. While teens and kids will have a blast in the various playgrounds and pools, colorful splash pad, and sandy beach area! Just off Lake Davenport, under the shade of palm trees. There are tiki huts, hammocks, sand volleyball, shaded ping pong and billiards, tennis, and basketball.
We are happy to offer a newly renovated luxury interior with two screened patios off from the master and living rooms. The view is green and lovely. Turn on the ambiance evening lantern for a calm glow.
The stunning modern kitchen is fully equipped with an array of dishes and cookware. Each bedroom is stylishly decorated, reflecting an upscale feel in the adult rooms, featuring comfortable king, and queen-sized beds.
Younger guests will enjoy the Toy Story themed bedroom with plenty of toys, a large mounted tv, a full-over-full bunk bed, fluffy bean bag, and special lighting for a magical experience. The kid’s room can sleep 5.
All of our 4 TVs have cable, and also Roku for access to your personal Netflix, Disney+, or other streaming accounts (log in with a private guest mode option).
For extra guest numbers, a two-person fold-out Murphy bed and a single pull-out trundle bed are both available. As well as a high chair and play-pen style crib.
Both of our sparkling clean bathrooms have plenty of fresh towels. We have a washing machine and dryer, and our unit is supplied with a starter set of shampoos, conditioners, soaps, and detergents.
HOA rules state we can sleep 8 guests + infants in total.

The Bahama Bay Resort location is fantastic!
We are only 15 minutes to DisneyWorld, 20 minutes to SeaWorld, and 30 minutes to Universal Studios. There are many restaurants within a 5-minute drive, and of course, you can find the Tradewinds restaurant, only a walking distance from your unit (currently outdoor seating only due to COVID).
You’ll get the convenience of theme park proximity, with the quiet surroundings of a tropical nature escape. It is truly the best of both worlds.
Because of close proximity, we are a wonderful option for guests who wish to Uber to and from Disneyworld, Universal Studios, or Seaworld.
Many of our guests like to drive their own cars or rent cars. We are a safe, gated community with plenty of parking close to your unit on the ground floor. The gate is monitored by a manned 24/7 security booth.
There will be a link sent for a required $300 security deposit (no money is withdrawn) upon checkout, just like at hotels, from a third-party vendor named ChargeAutomation. ChargeAutomation partners with Stripe for payment security and are PCI compliant. The hold will not take place until 24 hours before check-in. If no missing or damaged property is reported by the staff, the hold is automatically released 3 days after checkout.
Checkout time is 10:00 am and we apply a $25 late fee per 30 minutes that you are occupying the unit past 10:00 am.

I’m Drew Pierce, Co-Founder of Sage Vacations. For most of my life, I have preferred to vacation at short-term vacation rentals, a place that feels like home away from home. That ‘eureka’ moment came after one wonderful weekend spent with friends and family where I felt inspired to join the market, too, creating an equally wonderful guest experience.
