Description
Hop aboard the Hogwarts Express and escape the drudgery of muggle life for the wizarding world of Harry Potter! Stay in the patronus master bedroom or the Slytherin room downstairs while the kids enjoy the Hogwarts Express bunk bedroom.
When you stay here you’re only footsteps away from the luxurious Regal Palms Resort which includes a lazy river, on-site restaurant, gym, arcade and so much more!
If avoiding toll roads, it’s 45 mins. to Universal, 20 min to Disney, and 1 hour from MCO airport.
The Space
We’re excited to present to you the newest Harry Potter themed property near the Orlando theme parks (approximately 35 minutes from Universal Studios and 15 minutes from Disney under normal driving conditions).
Each room pays homage to the wizarding world of Harry Potter in a way that even the staunchest of Potterheads can’t help but fall in love.
Regal Palms Resort is one of the premier resort communities in the Four Corners area. It comes with a beach-style pool, lazy river, water slide, charcoal grills, playgrounds, hot tubs, on-site restaurant, gym, tiki bar, arcade, and ice cream parlor.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home and Regal Palms Resort amenities (ie. gym, restaurant, pool, spa, and recreation areas).
There is adequate parking for up to three medium-sized cars if two are parked side by side and one behind both. Parking in the street is strictly prohibited and there is enforced towing by the HOA.
Other Things to Note
Guests will be required to pass a full background check through our partners at Autohost. No refunds are given for individuals who fail the background check. This can be done through your boarding pass which is sent upon booking.
Lastly, there will be a link sent for a required $200 safety deposit (no money is withdrawn) upon booking, just like at hotels, through our partners at Enso Connect. The hold will not take place until 2 days before check-in. If no missing or damaged property is reported by the staff, the hold is automatically released 7 days after checkout.

I’m Drew Pierce, Co-Founder of Sage Vacations. For most of my life, I have preferred to vacation at short-term vacation rentals, a place that feels like home away from home.
