Description
Bring the family to Neverland and wake up in paradise every day. This property is wonderful for families featuring a themed kid’s room with a treehouse bunk bed and fort. A romantic master suite and a modern 3rd bedroom to accommodate teens, grandparents, or extra guests.
When you’re ready, head out to the famous Regal Palms Resort and enjoy the lazy river, ice cream parlor, spa, water slide, on-site restaurant, arcade and more. Only 35 minutes to Universal Studios and 15 minutes to Disney.
The main floor features a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen complete with fresh coffee for our guests.
The living room is spacious with 3 sofas, a large RokuTV, and a 6 person formal dining table coupled with an informal 4-person dining table ideally suited for children along with a high chair.
This floor also features a renovated half bath with convenient access from all of these areas.
All 3 bedrooms can be found upstairs and features a magical Neverland-themed kid’s bedroom. This room highlights a custom full over full treehouse bunk bed that sleeps 2 kids per bed (4 total). The kids will love exploring in the adjacent play fort and bridge or enjoy their own TV. They will feel like Peter Pan or Tinkerbell in this immersive bedroom.
Just down the hall is a new stylish queen bedroom that features a TV with a Roku set to guest mode (allows you to log into your favorite streaming services and automatically logs you out on check out date). This room is perfect for teenagers, grandparents, or extra guests.
At the end of the hall is the queen master suite. Here you can wake up feeling like you’re in a romantic Neverland jungle, under your own canopy with an adjacent newly renovated full master bath.
This floor has an additional, newly renovated bathroom for the kids and guest room to share.
Also, when you stay here, you’re staying at the luxurious Regal Palms Resort (35 minutes to Universal Studios, 15 minutes to Disney). Complete with a pool, lazy river, water slide, charcoal grills, playgrounds, hot tubs, on-site restaurant, gym, tiki bar, ice cream parlor, and more!
Guests have access to the entire home and Regal Palms Resort amenities (ie. gym, restaurant, pool, spa, recreation areas).
There is adequate parking for up to three medium-sized cars if two are parked side by side and one behind both. Parking in the street is strictly prohibited and there is enforced towing by the HOA.
There will be a link sent for a required $300 security deposit (no money is withdrawn) upon checkout, just like at hotels, from a third-party vendor named ChargeAutomation. ChargeAutomation partners with Stripe for payment security and are PCI compliant. The hold will not take place until 24 hours before check-in. If no missing or damaged property is reported by the staff, the hold is automatically released 3 days after checkout.
Checkout time is 10:00 am and we apply a $25 late fee per 30 minutes that you are occupying the unit past 10:00 am.
