This beach condo offers one spacious bedroom & a great bunk area that is perfect for kids. 2024 new Queen sleeper sofa. A fully-equipped kitchen makes eating in easy with its modern, stainless steel appliances. The balcony is made for blissful, "escape from it all" moments. Perfect place to have your morning coffee and watch the evening sunsets from the privacy of the 6th floor while enjoying the shimmering waters of the Emerald Coast. Bring your to go order out to watch the waves & eat at the balcony table. When you wish to be social you can enjoy 2 outdoor pools, 2 hot tubs or use one of the many beach chairs available. Play tennis or pickleball.... we have courts on site.Escape to total relaxation and a vacation full of all that you desire at the Celadon. Grills are outside to the right of the building ground level as well. Gym is next to North side pool.

THINGS TO DO:
Rent a Waverunner, go Parasailing (just downstairs on the beach rentals are avaiable). Take a ferry to Shell Island - it’s only accessible by boat! Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a fun coastal setting, is just 2 miles from the condo. Skywheel Panama City Beach offers great views of the Gulf. Personalized tours by Florida Dolphin and Snorkel Tours are available just 20 mins from the condo. Head just over 12 miles to St. Andrews State Park and explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. PCB has an activity for every person at every age. Lobby on Level 1 has brochures for every activity imaginable). Putt Putt, Water parks, Aquariums, Swimming with the Dolphins, & so much more. Just 20 mins from 30A and its scenic route of shopping, home site seeing, and eateries. The Sea Screamer a local boat that takes you out to see the dolphins is a huge hit with many Golf & Pirates Voyage coming soon, 2 of our newest attractions in the area.
Free Beach Service (CHAIRS AND UMBRELLAS) March - October. Enjoy the service of chair attendant to adjust umbrella for optimal sun/shade.
Enjoy two pools, two hot tubs, an exercise facility, tennis courts, game room, air conditioned walkway from the parking garage.
Condo has sleeping capacity for 6, Master bedroom, 2 built in bunk beds in addition to the pull out Queen size sleeper sofa. 2 nice bathrooms! KING size bed in master bedroom.
My unit has a Reme Halo (whole home air purifier) which means if you have allergies or not, you'll be breathing air that is really clean as it's purified throughout the duct system.
HOA PARKING FEE: One time parking fee per stay is $45. (HOA) and collected online (instructions come once paid in full).
Please note monthly snowbird rates are only offered from Nov - end of Feb.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Weekly/Weekend stays - If you cancel after 30 days prior to occupancy your security deposit is forfeited. Any cancellation paid with a Credit Card the owner offsets the actual Credit Card fees incurred to process your payments (charge and refund) from your total paid. 1 month or longer stays require cancellation 60 days in advance or your deposit is forfeited.
SMOKING IN THE UNIT WILL RESULT IN A $300 FINE CHARGED AGAINS YOUR CREDIT CARD DEPENDENT ON METHOD OF PAYMENT USED.
NOTE: RENTALS DURING A WEEK THAT INCLUDE A HOLIDAY FROM MEMORIAL DAY - LABOR DAY ARE $80 MORE FOR THE WEEK!
HOA RULES AT THE CELADON:
1. Nobody under the age of 25 is permitted to rent.
2. No smoking on property except in grill and gazebo areas
3. Parking passes must be present while parked on any part of our facility
4. Misconduct/violation of rules is subject to guest eviction
5. Throwing, hanging, dropping or pouring of anything off of balconies.
6. Courteous and cautious parking in the parking garages (oversized vehicles/speeding)
7. Quiet hours 10pm-9am (including balcony noises, vendors, power tools, yelling, excessive music levels)

I used to live in Atlanta and wanted an investment on the beach. I fell in love with my unit, was the first occupant and have loved it ever since. The place brings me a peace and solitude I cannot get in the city. While there, the days seem to go on forever. Thus, I call it my "Little Slice of Heaven" because it truly is my sanctuary, my get away, my HAPPY PLACE. I have always said I could never sell it because it just brings me so much JOY! I hope you will ENJOY my place as much as I do. 20 years and counting.
Why this property?
Because it's at the west end of the beach, yet close to everything so you can avoid all the heavy traffic on Front Beach if you wish to go down Vestavia to Back Beach Road. Its located only 2 miles from Pier Park and is close to everything yet out of the hustle and bustle not to mention the owner takes much pride in her unit and really wants each guest to be blessed by staying there for their get aways.
