Calypso 3-1411 - Beach N View is a New (opened in 2021) luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom,ocean view, condo located in Panama City Beach next to the Embassy Suite Convention Center and Pier Park. Beach N View sleeps 9 guests comfortably. Enjoy spectacular 14th floor gulf/sunset/pier views from your private balcony! It has the best sunsets I have ever seen. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants at Pier Park. Huge heated resort pool, hot tub, fire pit, tikki bar and restaurant.
Master has a king bed with a 65" Tv. Guest Room king bed with 65" Tv, Bunroom has a twin over a Full with a 43" Tv. Living room has a 82" TV. Master bath has large walk in shower. Guest bath has tub/shower/ In laundry room in beach cart and in guest closet is 4 beach chairs.
Next To Pier Park, Embassy Suites Convention Center.
You can walk to Pier Park. if you drive we have a parking garage attached by a walk way. One parking pass is included in the resort fee and additional pass is $75.00
Please note no pets are allowed and no parties. Drinks are allowed on pool deck just no glass and must keep drinks away from the edge of the pool. No smoking in the unit or balcony. It is a smoke free building. You can book direct on my website www.beachnview.com

It was my dream to have a place by the ocean. Tons of blood, sweat, and tears went into getting this place and making it nice! I hope you feel like you're at home while staying at our amazing place. I went out of my way to include high-end kitchen items, all the way to the towels and linens. I hope you appreciate all the little personal touches to make your stay cozy.
