Turnstone Villa is a unique island villa nestled amidst tropical vegetation & Virgin Gorda’s signature granite boulders. On over an acre of land, the villa is a haven of peace & tranquillity. Relax on the large deck, sip your rum punch, gaze at the beautiful Caribbean Sea with its turquoise horizon dotted with lush green islands.
Less than 100 feet away you can enjoy snorkelling and swimming in the clear azure waters of Little Trunk Bay. The outcropping of picturesque granite rocks on this unspoiled beach comprises part of a boulder-strewn area unique to the island. Turnstone Villa is surrounded by national parks with Spring Bay beach a quick 5-minute walk. Virgin Gorda's famous "Baths" & Devil's Bay National Park a 10-minute walk.
Turnstone Villa is a modern refresh of a classic Caribbean beach house with louvered windows, tall ceilings & large open spaces cooled by island breezes. The villa can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably & is ideal for groups, families or a couple looking for a private getaway. The upper-level master suite is equipped with a king-size bed & overlooks the pool area and Sir Francis Drake Channel. The second queen bedroom is directly off the main living space on the upper level with views of the water and islands to the West. The third bedroom is on the lower level with 2 queen-sized beds & is perfect for kids. All of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.
The combined living room & dining room are directly off the upper-level outdoor patio, making it an ideal indoor/outdoor living space. The indoor dining table comfortably seats 8 with outdoor dining table seats 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender & microwave.
The upper living space, nicknamed “The Treehouse", this contains a second living room & second covered viewing deck. The best views of Little Trunk Bay are perfect from this spot. Why not browse the villa’s lending library, play a board game with the family, watch the sunset, or just simply stargaze!
All bedrooms & primary living spaces have air conditioning. Sonos speakers are available throughout the property. The villa also boasts a pool that is tucked away for ultimate privacy. In between the primary suite & main living area is a covered outdoor common area, great for grilling, outdoor dining & sunset views.
The large property is perfect for kids to explore & includes a pirate cave as well as wonderful fruiting trees & flowering plants. Fresh mangos are available in late spring early summer.

BVI Vacation Villas has evolved from years of travelling around the British Virgin Islands & in particular Tortola & Virgin Gorda. The BVI, feels like HOME!
When I first visited Tortola in 1992, my husband & I thought this would be another fabulous holiday in a beach location. We instantly fell in love with these delightful picturesque islands & have been visiting for over 30 years now. Not quite retired yet, means we cannot spend our time in this wonderful location as much as we would like to. But, we try to walk barefoot, as often as we can!
So, marketing Villas on Tortola initially just came about through meeting Friends & Villa Owners on island. I helped a friend sell their Villa & rented it in the meantime. This opened up the world of Renting & Marketing Villas & the pleasure of seeing other guests enjoy Tortola for the very first time. We started with just renting a couple of villas in Long Bay on Tortola and as we became known by guests we started renting on the rest of Tortola. We now have over 60 villas on Virgin Gorda and throughout The BVI.
The BVI has a year round climate, & in fact I particularly love August through to October here. The weather is fabulous & it’s a great getaway from the ‘fast pace’ of life! It starts with carnival in August and slowly winds down until the whole place picks up again in November Just perfect for a slow paced, relaxing time on some of the best islands in the world.
