Located in a prime area of Panama City Beach at a walking distance to supermarket and several restaurants, the GrandView East condominiums are unique as size and their luxurious comfort. Our 1,500 sq. ft condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and features many upgrades.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk-in closed and an over-sized, luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi, separate shower and separate toilet.
The second bedroom has two full size beds and the third bedroom features a queen size bed. Free internet (Wi-Fi), full size washer/dryer, cable Smart TVs and DVDs in every room, and a fully equipped kitchen complete the picture. Grand View East has a fitness rooms, an outdoor swimming pool that it heated during the cooler seasons, and own parking.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and accessories to make you feel at home. The washer/dryer completes the picture of homey-like environment we tried to create for our family, friends, and guests.
The GrandView received its name from the gorgeous view of miles and miles of sugar white beaches and emerald green water. The view from our terrace on the 15th floor is breathtaking. You will have breakfast or watch sunsets from the comfort of the large, well-furnished patio.
