Description
Welcome to your private beach oasis, nestled in the dunes of Amagansett. This lovely home adjoins a nature preserve and is only a few minutes walk to its own PRIVATE BEACH.
Along with a large wrap around deck with fire pit and gas bbq, there is a
HEATED SALTWATER POOL, surrounded by hydrangeas and lavender.
Outdoor shower, fenced yard, and all beach gear, surf boards & pool toys you need to make your days divine.

The space
The house is two floors, the upper floor includes the living room, dining, kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The wrap around deck maximizes the wide open dune views with total privacy.
The lower level consists of three bedrooms (one is also a wonderful home office), a bathroom and a kitchenette, along with a full deck complete with an extra large swing for afternoon naps.
Guest access
You will have full access to the house and property. We will only keep one shed locked for personal storage.
There are two driveways for up to 4 cars. You will also receive a beach pass to access your private beach.
Other things to note
The house is on a quiet street, very nice for children.
The private beaches are patrolled by friendly security guards who ensure only those who are living in the Amagansett Dunes neighborhood have access. This makes for an uncrowded and serene beach experience.
We have a fenced yard with lush lawn. A lovely outdoor shower in a bamboo grove, and a collection of wild animals that you will see in the dune preserve, such as deer, bunnies, and even the occasional fox!
Please note no parties allowed, the neighborhood has quiet hours at 10pm. Please inform us in advance if you wish to bring a pet.

We have been providing corporate housing and vacation rentals in Orange County, California for the past six years. Two years ago we expanded into Mexico and the Hamptons in New York.
The team leaders Sandy and Terry have been together for the entire six years and we have added wonderful team members as we have expanded.
