The Fountain House has everything you need for the perfect vacation. Free Heated pool, contemporary open design. This home sleeps up to 12 people. Located in the heart of Apollo Beach, you can go Golfing at Apollo Beach Golf course, Fishing in one of our local canals or in the Apollo Beach preserve. The home is only a 8 min drive to the Apollo Beach where you can view magnificent sunsets. We are centrally located to the beaches and the parks for the perfect family vacation. Apollo Beach is also home to a recreation center open to the public, with parks, a golf course (you must purchase a pass to use), and more. The nearest beach, the Apollo Beach Preserve, is minutes away by car.
The fountain house has new mattress in all rooms. smart ROKU tv's in all rooms allow you to log in to your streaming services .
Apollo beach is a quiet residential coastal village with easy access to downtown Tampa and the bay area sights and attractions. within driving distance to the Orlando and Tampa areas as well as the beautiful beaches, and Ellenton Premium outlets Mall, the newly renovated Apollo beach Nature Park is just an easy bike ride for a picturesque sunset.
Apollo Beach Plaza is less than 3 miles away and complete with Publix, CVS, Starbucks, UPS and many options for restaurants and local shops.
*Less than 5 minutes to the well-maintained Apollo Beach Park and Community Center, which features many amenities including a playground, splash pad, sport courts and a skate park.
*Stop by the nearby Manatee Viewing Center to view Manatees in their natural habitat or pet a stingray! Tampa Electric's award-winning Manatee Viewing Center is open November 1 - April 15, and it’s FREE!

the neighborhood is very quiet. please be respectful to neighbors.
Mandate all guest to keep the noise down after 10 pm. if we receive a call about noisy guest/or of parties, you will receive a fee with possible removal of our home.
WE HAVE NO EXCEPTIONS ON PARTIES OF ANY KIND.
absolutely NO SMOKING, , and NO PARTIES ALLOWED. we have security cameras on the front house. they are monitored at random times to ensure compliance.
-if the property is left in a "MESS" beyond a reasonable living standard, excessive trash left everywhere, the smell of SMOKE inside the home, disregard for the property etc. An additional cleaning charge to us by our cleaners will be requested through Airbnb in order to cover the costs associated with bringing the property back up to rentable condition.
if there is any unusual debris found in the pool (trash, cardboard, plastic, paper etc.) you will be assessed a pool cleaning fee of $100.
**DISCLAIMERS**
- The pool pump/heater is running for 12hrs a day 8am-8pm. During Florida's winter months, with lower temperatures, it is not likely the pool will be heated to 80 degrees even though it is always set to 86 degrees. The pool is cooling faster than it can heat up due to the cooler temperature outside.
-DUE TO THE UNGATED POOL AREA WE ASK NO MINORS TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED AROUND THE PATIO AND POOL AREA.
Pool use subject to all pool rules being followed - guest assumes all risk for use of pool and waives the right to claim negligence or malpractice in the event of injury - guest assumes all responsibility, and guest booking acknowledges and assumes the risk of pool usage. As per Hillsborough county ordinance, there is a minimum of seven days that must be booked per stay.
