Large gulf front pool, brand new premium 60' HDTV There are no hidden fees or charges. Custom beach front chairs, brand new gulf front bbq's, wireless internet, go-carts, shopping, pubs are right across the street making this the ideal location. Walking distance to Gulf World and Pier Park is less than 2 miles away but what made me buy this unit was the huge undeveloped and gated beach front.
