The guest bedroom has two twin beds as well as a desk / office space. The house has wireless broadband internet service as well as televisions with cable and DVD players in the office and living room. The kitchen has been remodeled with brand new stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the necessary pots, pans and dishes to cook and eat at the unit.

With its own private courtyard surrounding the house and well cared for landscaping, the home has a flagstone patio and outdoor propane fire pit and barbeque grill to relax and enjoy the beautiful southwest weather year-round. Located in a quiet neighborhood and within 2 blocks walking distance of Old Town, Albuquerque Country Club and the Albuquerque Bio Park, the home is ideally located for shopping, eating and relaxing in the downtown Albuquerque area. It is also conveniently located off of Rio Grande and I-40 giving it quick access to other parts of Albuquerque or New Mexico.
