Description
This 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1600 square foot condo is located on the most beautiful beach in San Carlos, Sonora, Mexico. It includes 4 queen sized beds, and is furnished in a comfortable, beach motif. There are two balconies with ocean views. You can life in bed and watch the dolphins swim past! Kitchen includes frig, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave and all the furnishings and appliances you could ever want. There is a full-sized washer/dryer in the condo. All sheets, towels, beach towels, and laundry detergent are supplied. The condo property has a 24/7 guarded gate and English speaking office staff. The property is safe and secure. The condo also comes with two sit-on-stop ocean kayaks for your use, a propane BBQ grill, dining table seating for 6 with 4 additional bar stools, outdoor furniture on both patios and much much more! The property has a large pool that is heated in the winter months. The ocean is warm and wonderful May-early November.

There are many nice restaurants- some ocean side- and lots of activities, including, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, birding, hiking, biking,boat rentals for fishing or sunset cruises, golf, pickleball, beach walking, shell collecting or just sitting on the beach with a book. The condo comes with beach chairs and a beach shade tent.
San Carlos is an easy drive about 6 hours South of Tucson, AZ, through Nogales.

palm trees and lots of flowers. Located and two miles of sand beach with town of San Carlos on one end and a WWF protected estuary on the other end with lots of sea birds! There is a porta-crib with sheets and a comforter for babies.

Rate Notes
Weekly rate includes one free night.
Pets are allowed with owner's permission. Pets must be kept on a leash and picked up after on the property.
Minimum stay is 5 night, except with owner's permission.
Monthly fee is $2300 for 1-4 people and $2500 for 4-8 people.
There is an additional HOA fee of $15/night or $150/month

I live in Tucson, Az and have been visiting San Carlos for over 30 years. It's my favorite place! I brought my daughter here when she was growing up, met a lot of great people, have seen dolphins, whales, turtles and all kinds of ocean life, and find the beach and ocean here so very calming and relaxing! I think my blood pressure goes down as soon as I smell the ocean!
I learned to scuba dive and sail here and have been all over the world diving but this is still my favorite place
