Both bathrooms have tub/shower with a lovely vanity and tops. The property has assigned parking so no confusion there. The unit has a 32 foot private balcony facing the intercoastal waterway with a spectacular view of the sunrise. There are outdoor charcoal grills for the taste of fresh grilling. This property has one of the largest pools of any other complex in the area with more than 50 lounge chairs and tables with chairs and umbrellas around. The pool is heated to 86 degrees for year round comfort. Best of all, many owners in the complex do not rent their unit so the complex usually is not crowded. Quite often, you could be the only one in the pool.
