The location is as good as it gets on the North Shore, hands down Located in a private, secure, gated community in the very heart of the North Shore surfing beach community 7 Mile Miracle between Waimea Bay & Pipeline whilst tucked away in a lush tropical neighborhood setting on the beach side of Kamehameha HWY. At the top of the driveway is a 2 mile bike path (2 bikes included) which parallels the ocean on one side and a breathtaking, romantic beach less than a 2 minute walk on the other side of the home. Sharks Cove Marine Life Park (snorkeling/diving), Food Trucks, Coffee Bean & Tea and Foodland Grocery are all within a 5-15 minute walk. Spend your time relaxing instead of sitting in traffic trying to get around! All surf contests are a short walk or bike ride from the cottage. Don't be fooled by other properties stretching the truth on their North Shore/Beach location, this is EXACTLY where you want to be! Please note, previous guests have wished they stayed up here in one location and do day trips to the other parts of the island given it's only one hour from one side to the other vs. checking in/out with other accommodations. Once your here, it's hard to leave!

This home is also equipped with a state of the art Dolby Atmos 9 speaker Home Theater/Audio System Listen to your favorite music from your Tablet, Ipod, Internet Radio, Smartphone through the Bluetooth enabled Theater System. Grab a good book and settle into the hand carved Java Indonesian Daybed on the covered patio outside surrounded by a garden like setting or throw some steaks on the stainless steel 4 burner BBQ grill for dinner. The studio comes equipped with a full size stainless steel fridge with ice maker/filtered water, large/deep stainless steel sink, full size microwave, large toaster oven (fits a 12 inch pizza) and induction hot plate. There is no range in the studio however we have had fantastic feedback on the induction hot plate from our recent guests. It heats up quickly like a gas stove and cooks evenly, much better then an electric range. We also have an additional gas burner on the grill located right outside the door by the kitchen. Included is a coffee grinder/french press/ electric stainless steel kettle to get that gourmet coffee up fast first thing in the morning. An essential when travelling! :) We also have a new LG washer/dryer available (shared with owners) with it's own private access from the studio.

Surveilance Camera Disclosure:
In an effort to prevent vandalism and property damage and to reduce the risk of criminal activity and suspicious behavior, surveillance cameras are installed on the premises at the property. The devices are used for the limited purpose of monitoring the conduct of individuals who may cause property damage or pose a risk to Tenants.
The security cameras are located in all common areas and are all visible. Specifically, surveillance cameras are located:
1.Main Gate entrance to the property.
2.Driveway entrance of unit, left side on the electrical meter.
3.Driveway entrance of unit, right side facing owner's garage door.
4.Side Yard, right side (facing property) only.
5. Rear of Home, Above Double Door Rear garage door entrance.
Cameras are located only in common areas and there are no surveillance cameras located in the rental units. These cameras are used for the sole purpose of protecting Tenants and the property. Any further questions can be directed to the property manager.

ABOUT US
Both my wife and I are well seasoned travelers with over 25 years experience in the hospitality business. I was born on the U.S. mainland and moved to Oahu after working at the ski resorts in Colorado, however have lived on the islands for 27 plus years. My wife is a native of Hawaii.
Why This Property?
Both of us are surfers and why we choose to live on the North Shore however started the business because we enjoy meeting people from all over the world that love to travel and share similar interests. The next best thing to traveling yourself is living vicariously through others!
What to Expect?
Although we have a self check in system I try and greet the guests upon check in and offer some suggestions to make their first 24 hours are a thoughtless one as well as ensure they have everything they need. Once settled in we are available if you need anything, however we give you full privacy to enjoy your vacation.
I'm very involved with the running of the property in between guests making sure it's in top shape and working order. I have 17 years experience in property management and over 25 years in hospitality. I try and get ahead of things before they happen to make sure your stay runs flawlessly, so you can just relax.
