As soon as you enter this villa you will be amazed by the spectacular open space area with its 4 meters high ceilings and designer furnishing. With a well sought after southwest exposure, this house is embedded in a wonderful garden (you might even be able to see some blooming orchids under the palm trees) on an oversized triple lot of 1370 square meters (14 810 square feet) and is located near all the services (1 minute drive to the nearest supermarket and restaurants and 5 minutes from Cape Harbour ) .
