Description
Hale Kukuna II is a bright and airy luxury two bedroom two bath home located above Hale Kukuna I with all hardwood floors, full gourmet kitchen, two separate master suites with king beds (perfect for two couples), and beautiful furnishings. Each bathroom is unique with one featuring a large Kohler Jacuzzi tub in an all-tile grotto like setting and one featuring an all-tile walk in shower with bench seat and simulated overhead rainfall. Relax in the breeze on the lanai that spans the full length of the house after a nice Jacuzzi and listen to the birds sing and the ocean roll in.
Hale Kukuna was a project born from the love of this wonderful Hawaiian town by its owners and was built 100% by local Hana residents with impeccable detail. Hale Kukuna is located on Hana Bay not only overlooking the ocean but also one of the last Royal fishponds in the area.
Both homes feature fully stocked kitchens (pots, pans, utensils, and spices), cable TV in bedrooms and living area, gas Weber barbecues, and the same unsurpassed view.

Minimum stay: We have a two night minimum stay for all reservations made more than a week in advance, except when there is an open night \"sandwiched\" between two existing reservations.
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment in full is required at time of reservation.
Check-in: Check-in time is 2 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel, we will refund the amount that you paid less a 15% service charge if you notify us 30 days prior to your reservation. If you cancel in less than 30 days, we will refund the amount paid less a 25% service fee. If you check out prior to your registered check out date, we will refund your balance only if we can re-book the house.
