This beautiful 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom single family home is minutes from the white sands beach of Anna Maria Island. Only a short walk to the nearest free trolley allowing you to explore all the beauty of the island or just spend the day relaxing in our own backyard oasis. Situated on the North end of the island Close to the white sand beach at Beach Point and around the corner to restaurants, pubs & stores on Pine Ave. Featuring a heated pool to relax in after your busy day, this is a welcome retreat in the perfect location on Anna Maria Island.
BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE ALL RESERVATIONS MADE AFTER FEBRUARY 18TH 2021, WILL BE REFUNDED 85% OF THE TOTAL BOOKING COST IF CANCELED AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. RESERVATIONS MUST BE UNDER 60 DAYS, LESS THE $20,000, AND PAID IN FULL 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL TO QUALIFY. CANCEL FOR ANY REASON NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
Guests are allowed up to 2 dogs provided they are housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people. Pet must be disclosed up front at the time of inquiring/booking. A one-time non-refundable fee of $150 (per pet) will be due at the time of booking to accommodate for extra cleaning/pet sanitation. Should we receive complaints from neighbors of barking/disruption we reserve the right to ask you to remove the pet immediately. In addition, a refundable damage deposit of $250 will be collected at the time of booking. If pet odors/waste or any other remediation occur as a result of their stay, we will withhold all or a portion of the damage deposit. Undeclared pets will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved pet. We closely monitor all properties.
